At ACC we have a fruitful urban orchard that we tend, community compost bins that need regular turning, playgrounds that are well used and community gardens that grow herbs and veggies for the neighbourhood and for local food programs. We also have a community seed library onsite. If you are keen to engage in low key community gardening we’d love you to join our Friday morning gardening crew from 10-11.30am … and stay on for morning tea afterwards.
Come along on Friday morning from 10am and help us maintain our urban orchard, play spaces and community garden. Then enjoy morning tea on the corner from 11.30am.
